"UPDATE: Machine is being replaced by Appliances Online. Sensitivity Training for people with disability may be required. Your technician couldn’t replicate fault… five minutes after he left I was able to demonstrate the fault through the phone to supplier, hence replacement negotiated. Machine on top had vibration mat and is not cause of fault/issue. Told me didn’t get paid enough by Bosch for me to demonstrate the fault. Wouldn’t let me work my own machine to demonstrate fault. Do not know how to respect and deal with people with disability. Wasted my time, energy, and patience. Winning Appliances are giving me a new machine instead. Reactive not proactive and very disappointed in quality of service ‘professional’. My support worker was here to witness this dreadful and harrowing experience."
"We contacted Mr Fix it for a repair of our Miele washing machine, as they are the authorised service agent in Newcastle for these appliances. The technician came out in a timely manner and was courteous and helpful. My wife informed him of the issue we were having, a severe electrical burning smell coming from the unit when washing clothes. He very quickly informed my wife that issue would be the brushes on the motor (but didn't test anything or conduct any sort of indepth check) and by replacing these, the motor should have some more life, likely a few years in his experience. We deemed this to be a good solution for a 12 year old machine, getting a few more years was a good result on an expensive machine. The parts were replaced and a brief test was done on the machine (running the machine with no clothes in it). No smell detected. We paid the bill of $400 or thereabouts and things seemed fine. Upon using the machine for the first time with clothes in it the next day, the machine immediately had a severe smell of burning electrical and the machine started to smoke severly (my wife thought it was on fire). We contacted Mr Fix it again and was informed and we were told "the motor is ruined, you were told that when we came out. It will be $600 for a new motor". So were now we had paid $400 for a repair of a machine that was always broken and should never have been repaired. Mr fix it told us they could remove the parts, but we would still have to pay for another labour charge, of approx $75-100 to remove the parts, that never should have been installed. My main gripe is the technician completely bodged the diagnosis of the machine, which caused us to spend money that was an absolute waste when the machine was dead. I am aware mistakes happen, but you guys are supposed to be experts in this field and the diagnosis was completely inadequate, plus the testing you carried out isn't exactly putting load on the motor with no washing? To make things even better, our refund took about three weeks to come through and only happened when i chased multiple times. I asked to speak to the manager about this, but I'm still awaiting the call. FIrst and last time you will be doing work for us guys."

"Very unhappy.. was told they could fix a small issue with my Miele oven, young lad turned up pulled oven out of the wall broke wires off in behind the oven, decided to push the oven back and said we don’t fix this type. Oven worked before he had touched it.. now oven not working at all... Rang the owner and he said that the so called technician did not touch the oven.... so I’m unsure of who this person was pulling my oven out the wall...... WOULD NOT recommend this company for any electrical white goods issues...."
