Over the two months it took for my job to be completed, Michael did not contact me once, I had to follow him up repeatedly. I then learned that the job was finished by a third party a month prior and they were waiting on Michael to confirm the invoice and provide a return address. They had contacted Michael multiple times over the month and not had a response from him, and neither had I. He may have referred this to another company, but he was still responsible for the communication and coordination of this, WHICH HE DID NOT DO. It is baffling that he can 'run' a business with absolutely zero communication. Do not waste your time and money."
