"I wouldn't recommend Sprout at killarney at all! They are unprofessional and the 'office manager' has very little skills in managing an office (like taking phone calls, returning phone calls and booking in appointments). In less than 6 months my daughter was dropped by several different ladies (they left this practice or dramatically changed their hours which also suggests to me that maybe staff don't enjoy working there either). After the last one left which again we found out via email with less than a week notice- we left and went somewhere else. They have been professional and we haven't had any random cancelled appointments or had our 'timespot' (which we were on the wait list for, for 3 months) given to another child. Months after out spot being cancelled at Sprout we randomly get a message that they have a place for my daughter again - no communication since they dropped her. No check in etc. Mental health is so important so we need the professionals to value it and our kids and not mess them around."
