"I have never felt the need to write such a harsh review before, yes doctors typically run late and can be abrupt - that’s part of sitting at a medical practice right, I’m sure unexpected things happen. I have a strong clinical background myself. But this is not what pushed me to write this review. The basic customer service and general respect for others is not upheld by the reception staff. Over the course of the day, I had to call 3 times, twice I was shoved off the phone saying they couldn’t help and we need to rebook with the doctor (I just wanted to confirm what order my mum should take her medications in). The 3rd phone call after not hearing back from them) I was told the answer I needed within 30 seconds of calling (as my mother’s doctor leaves instructions in her notes for her medications as it can be difficult for my mum to remember everything). The rudeness I was spoken to on this matter and the disregard for others is shameful. These are peoples lives, who’s medications can counteract with each other, minimize pain, or they are dependent on them. I would like to see the staff take their job more seriously as the point of contact in a health care setting. I’m also well aware now as to why my mum struggles so much going here as the staff do not wish to help others."

"In all honesty, I have yet to meet a GP who is more diligent about the medical profession than Dr. Ratheeswari. I couldn’t be more impressed with her knowledge of the latest medications available. Dr. Ratheeswari addressed long standing issues with my mum in the very first visit! If that wasn’t enough, she was able to diagnose why my Dad’s BP was going up during certain times of the day and recommend options; Dr. Ratheeswari’s knowledge is only exceeded by her true dedication to her patients! She is a true testament to the ideals of the medical profession and her contribution to society is nothing short of outstanding! To say we are blessed to have Dr. Ratheeswari as our GP is an understatement!"

"If it were possible I would give 0 or -stars Everytime me or my partner ring we are told there are no appointments and are fully booked until next week without a doubt everytime we ring The only time we have had an appointment we waited an hour after our appointment time and had to book it a month in advance. They expect you to know when you are going to be sick."

"I've been going here for nearly a year now. Needed medical assistance quite a lot. The reception staff are amazing, very understanding and polite. The facility is quite clean and has water available. I highly recommend Dr. Greaves. He is highly knowledgeable, thorough and easy to understand. Sometimes there is a long wait of 20-40 minutes but it doesn't phase me too much. Can't recommend this medical practice enough."
