"Had an emergency with our trailer. Although we were seen straight away manager was ride and unhelpful, wanted to speak to the male with us not us girls. Wouldn't fix, plug, or change our tyres even though we had a spare. Just wanted to sell us tyres. Kept saying we should get 2 not just 1. Even though we couldn't afford 2. They didn't even have the tyres in stock. In the end they wouldn't help at all & wouldn't even help put the trailer back on the car, in the end one staff member helped us put it on the car. This business trying to sell what we didn't need, trying to sell what they didn't have & super rude the whole time."
"Friendly counter service but surly attitude from workshop staffer. Quoted $45 for puncture repair and swapping of spare tyre. They didn't have a winder to lower my spare and didn't bother to inquire if I had one. Tyre repaired but no swap. Still $45 charge. Gouges and scuffs on repaired tyre and scratches on the rim. Get what you pay for I guess."
"Second time had a bad experience with this company you could tell that they didn't want to assist me today. I did the correct thing last week to make an appointment and was told I didn't need to make an appointment with the task that I needed for my car just drop in anytime no specific time to visit just drop in anytime so that is what I did and no can't help you right now you need to return. But No will not be returning will find a more welcoming tyre place in the future. To be quiet honest I felt a bit fobbed off with the whole ordeal."
