"I was a clinical nurse specialist for over forty years and would never treat patients the way that this centre does. I understand that the centre is short staffed but that doesn’t mean that I should have been treated so disrespectfully by office staff and physio Jason. I attended my treatment without any instruction today. I had been given instructions in the pool 4 weeks ago by physio Simon but he did not have the time to do a laminated copy of workout instructions and I was unable to get another appointment booked with him due to staffing. I also had to cancel an appointment last 2 week due to my daughters baby died. I called the centre to cancel my appointment and let them know why. I went for my hydrotherapy treatment today but it was difficult to know if I was doing the right exercises without instruction. I was booked again the following day for hydrotherapy and I asked the office girl should I cancel that appointment until I get my laminated instructions and I asked what she would suggest. She stated well if you don’t think hydrotherapy is any good cancel your appointments. I said to her that’s not what I said and believe the hydrotherapy is good and that’s why I am here. The office girl embarrassed me in front of people in the waiting room and they all looked at me empathetically and checked to see if I was ok. I then cried in my car and when I got home rang the centre to asked to speak to a manager. I told the office girl that she really upset me. I then received a call back from Jason the physio telling me that they have cancelled all my appointments. I tried to explain to him what had happened but he dismissed me. I would not recommend this centre to anyone they treat people appallingly and do not show professionalism. They also believe that it is ok for a client to go in the pool without any instruction this is not good practice. Also I hope that the office staff member does not continue to treat patients with disrespect due to the fact that she has been rewarded for her actions."

"My career and I went in there today to discuss the hydro pool I can’t believe the lady behind the counter was so disrespectful and dismissive I was showing the lady the information I had from Betta REHAB About my condition and the exercise program for Huntington’s DISEASE The lady was not listening and said that I need to talk to someone else I have been doing this for 2 years at Valentine and was looking after something else As they are letting a lot kids in and I can’t concen to The GREAT thing is I went to Warner’s Bay Explains to them Got straight in No kids GREAT SERVICE GREAT POOL Jesmond pool should not be so hard And I want be back"

"Been trying to book a appointment for a two days rang multiple times to almost no answer was hung up on twice then when I did speak to someone finally was asked if I could get put on hold and was hung up on."
