I purchased a metal cutting saw which I used 3 times then stopped working when I rang this company they informed me I have to pay for parts to fix, the problem was a broken cut off switch when I ask him why this happens he informed me he tells other people who purchased the saw to grind of switch, why would they design a switch and tell you to cut it off, after sending photos 5 weeks ago I have not heard back.i will be contacting fair trading. Beware when you deal with this company customer service is a non event"
