"I recently got my car serviced. Wasn’t able to serviced due to an issue that wasn’t their fault but obviously they had pulled the car apart, and put back together. i was traveling 110km an hour on the freeway and heard a bolt drop and then a loud bang and a flapping/banging noise started to hit the car and the road. The splash guard had not been put back on properly and was scraping along the road and eventually it had been melted from the engine. Called up on sunday and left a message. Got no response so i called again yesterday and got in today. No apology or offer to replace the melted and scratched splash guard. They said they could put it back on WITH ZIPTIES, i had no chance to ask for a replacement or anything he just took it and was like yep, I’ll cut this and put it back on. that’s inconsiderate, I’ve always been treated terribly here as all mechanics are neglectful towards women, where’s the loyalty of businesses making a mistake and fixing it properly and not doing a half job."

"There wasnt less than 1 start, otherwise, I would had given them that. They have 2 weeks waiting after when you go to them. They are so lazy after waiting for 2 weeks they havent touch the car and told me they can't fix it. Though same thing I was telling them on phone related to the issue. When I told that issue in office they were not able to do that, than why to book. Ridiculous, never ever recommend to anyone."

"The team are great! I had the unfortunate experience of puncturing my tyre this morning and was lucky enough to go to mycar Tyre & Auto Gorokan. The team fixed my tyre the same day! Massive thanks to Cameron who served me - he was very polite and kind which made the often daunting experience of going to a mechanic very pleasant for me! I will definitely be back."

"Re: Mycar Tyre and Auto Gorokan: The guy sitting on the seat behind the front counter has to be the laziest most disinterested person I've ever encountered. I went with a list of questions about things I'd like to get fixed or make enquiries about for the second hand car I bought 2 days ago. He kept saying "without having a look at it I wouldn't know" regarding a few of the things. I was trying to describe what they looked like and even had to draw a picture of one of the buttons on the dash because he wouldn't get off his backside to walk the few metres to where I'd parked my car out the front to look at these things in person! I ended up saying "I can see you're not interested" and he agreed by saying "Nah, I think you're being too fussy". I didn't like his attitude last time I took my car there either, when I had to get a new tyre fitted. I will never give that place my business again as long as HE'S "working" there. I will be spreading the word around to my friends and family about the lousy service you get here. Wish I could have given this place a zero rating but unfortunately a one is as low as you can go."

"Called to get some service records sent to me for a car because they haven't been noting their services on the car's logbook and was refused because they have the old owner's details, offered to send them rego papers proving that the car was mine but the guy said I have to bring the car and I live in Sydney. What could I possibly do with a service invoice that is so confidential. Please get this fixed asap"
