"Good experience with Blake at Tuggerah store 5 stars for his service , but 2 stars for supreme furniture as disappointed with following - Return policy - no return policy once the sale is done , you cannot change or return the item which compared to Amart it’s a bad deal , Amart allows you to return items if it doesn’t match /whatever reasons . - Delivery- very unprofessional delivery , rushed and very sketchy delivery staff . We used the same delivery staff for other furniture item because they work for supreme furniture , verbally agreed on $120/hr shook hands On the moving date they changed the time several instance , cornered us to pay $300 to move boxes , no furniture included . Supreme should use more professional staff. Had hell of an experience on our moving date."

"My partner and I went in looking for a couch. Within a few minute we had one of the workers come over and ask if we needed a hand but wasn’t over bearing or in your face. We went from couch to couch and back and forth, the other worker(who we later found out was the manager) came over and asked if we needed a hand so we stated it was between two of the couches so he went through a few things with us which helped make our decision a whole lot easier. Both manager and other worker were so nice and helpful and no question we asked was too much trouble! We will recommend this shop to our friends"

Contacted the store and the Manager responded promptly, communicated with us throughout and organised the efficient warranty repair to the unit. We were really impressed with the way the issue was resolved. Products and service are first class, however it was the way that they responded to an issue that shows the professionalism of the company.
