"I wish I could review the food, but the frontline staff were absolutely useless. Tried to order, pressed pay at the counter and the printer was unable to print. Went to the counter and they asked for the order number. I informed him I didn’t know how to return to that page and can you show me (it’s was not busy). He looked at me and didn’t move or say anything. I can see why McDonald’s are doing so badly. I would like to thank him for hes total lack of service, because I found a much healthier and fresher option elsewhere and served by polite, well trained staff"
"Firstly I was asked to wait in a disabled spot. Then after waiting 5 minutes I asked someone for my order telling her I am late for work. She disappeared for another 5 minutes and then tried to give me someone else's order I repeated that I was late for work. She then disappeared and I had to go into the restaurant where I was told they had given my food to someone else. To compensate they tried to upgrade my fries from small to large which would have been helpful if I had time to eat them before going back to work. Worst maccas ever!"
"Further to previous post, arriving Sunday night on train after big day in Sydney. Took a gamble and tried Maccas once more. Ordered food for 4 people. Apart from slightly cold chips, food was up to usual Maccas standard of other restaurants. In store after scrutinising bags everything was accounted for. I hope this was not a one off lucky night and they have improved their food quality. I have eaten McDonalds all over Australia with very little issue, until I went to Morisset. Ordered a Fillet of Fish (my regular choice) opened it 5 mins later when parked. Most of the cheese was squashed in the box, with bits on the bun. The fish fillet (maybe it was) was overcooked and completely dried up, prob in warmer for hours. I took one bite, it was like rubber. I took it back on my way past a deluz (after trying to ring for 2 hours) Young manager was very appologetic and offered to replace it, not wanting to face another fish burger I opted for the new Angus delux with beetroot, back in the car whilst checking for pickles - NO Beetroot, so back to manager again, who kindly replaced beetroot and added tomato. It was then a nice burger. I suggested to manager they need to seriously address their training and quality control at the restaurant. Taking note of previous feedback many others agree."
"Brand New building new site probably not well known yet. The facilities were spotless but the seating needs padding for a more comfortable experience. Staff need to be educated about the importance of napkins our breakfast was delivered without them"
