"This is a fabulous place with such caring owners and staff. We have just picked up our 2 dogs who have stayed there several times before. They are both nearly 17 and one, who doesn't hear very much, has lost most of his sight since being there last. We thought he would be fine but he was very confused, pacing endlessly to the point where his toenails were bleeding. Deb and staff were amazing. We had daily communications and photos, she put him in a thunder coat, calming sprays were tried, a calming collar was tried, a 27km trip (54km round trip) to our vet was made to get him something that might calm him and not react with his current meds, his feet were bandaged. Deb stayed with him at night until he finally fell asleep, she had him sleeping under her desk, and finally allocated one staff member to be with him all the time to keep him company. This place really cares about their 'guests'. Highly recommended. We can't thank you enough."
