"Terrible service here, had my acrylics done by a man who was very rude and was barely listening to what I wanted. I then asked for a pedicure in which I was guided to the chairs and made to wait another 40mins while other people who had just entered were served before me. The only reason I stayed was because I had a wedding to attend the next day so they had to be done or I would have walked out. The whole shop is unhygienic and dirty and I ended up with an infection in my toe the next night. Just avoid this place completely!"

"Went in to get acrylics removed and a shellac polish. The man pulled them off with clippers and cuticle cutters, put me in so much pain ripping them off. No soaking nothing. Burnt my nail bed with the nail drill. Ruined my nice grown out nails when he ripped them off with the acrylics, then cut them all off, no shaping. Terrible shellac job, bumps all over and glitter mixed in on some of the nails. They then charged me $20 for the removal $25 for shellac and gave me $5 off. I tried to explain that $20 for removal is disgusting when they used no products and put me in pain and ruined my nails but 3 of the ladies decided to argue with me. Gross service, do not go here!!!!"

"This place should focus more on quality not quantity. I had tips put on with a chrome colour and snow flake added. It cost $150. Of course they asked for cash stating their Eftpos machine was out of order although I had my doubts which were confirmed when I saw another client use it. Paying $150 would have been justified if they had done a great job but this was the worst job I’ve ever had done on my nails. The chrome did not cover my nails properly. The snow flake was infant like and the shape of my nails were all crooked and rough to say the least. Terrible terrible job."

"Great place for taking care of your nails. The service is efficient. Every nail artist in the shop is friendly, skilled and attentive. I like going here to get my nails done in relaxation. Highly recommended!"

"i went to this place to get a pedicure and had the worst experience i have ever had from any nail place before the lady who did my nails when she was trying to cut around the sides of my nail she cut me it started bleeding, she put paper towel on it to stop the bleeding, onve the bleeding slowed down she then kept digging at this nail and cut me even deeper, after it stopped bleeding she then buffed the nail despite the trauma she had already cause i will also mention not once did this lady apologise at all at one point i even pulled my foot away because she was hurting me this prior to the cut but she was determined. As you can see in the picture 2 weeks later and my toe has been infected for a week and hurts to walk on i had to get a nurse to then drain the pus that had built up under the skin as you can see in second picture im not usually one to go all out and write reviews but i felt the poor hygiene and sanitation being done in this salon leading to infection needed to be mentioned for anyone who plans to go here"
