"Words cannot express the disappointment in care provided by this clinic. Felt more like dealing with debt collectors rather than receptionists working for a doctors surgery. The receptionist provide extremely rude service, the ‘doctor’s protocols’ seem like they’re more in it for the money rather than providing compassionate duty of care. A dangerous way to run a business let alone a medical centre looking after patients needing care. Not a pampering session for fun."

"Had gone to this GP for many years. Two of the Drs I had seen there over the years were constantly rude, disrespectful and most of the time refused to help. You get treated as a number by the Drs so they keep their pockets filled, not treated as a person. I went to one of the Drs for a disability/medical condition I have and he refused to help and then charged me for the visit. Few weeks later went to the other Dr with paper work showing what I needed help with plus what the law said, as the first Dr refused and that Dr claimed it wasn’t what I was saying it was and then went on to say that I didn’t know what I was talking about and refused to help at all. Both Drs discriminated me and refused to follow the law even when shown. Had also taken my children there as well and multiple times refused to help them and they would still be sick or would get worse over time and Drs would comment and say “their fine, will be gone in a few days”. Complete disregard for peoples health and people in general. “Keep them coming back, never be out of a job”"

"The clinic is very clean and managed professionally. The reception staff are always friendly and assist me whenever I need to check up on an appointment or reschedule. Dr Paul Muthiah is one of the most caring, genuine and professional doctors I have ever experienced. With five children, and also after living in Western Sydney with long waiting times and impatient doctors, I have found that his approaches and standard of care are far beyond any other doctor I or my children have ever had. I cannot fault his patience levels and he actually takes the time to find out about my situation rather than just providing medication or a script like other doctors I have previously had. One of the highest quality doctors on the coast!"
