"Had a procedure done today and can only say that whilst they were running late once the procedure was started the nurse and the technician were very caring and professional. Everything was explained to me and they were proficient and knew what they were doing. They were very busy however treated me well and did their best to put me at ease. Can’t fault either of the receptionists that served me they were polite and pleasant. Very happy with my experience at their rooms. Thank you."
"Receptionist was so rude and spoke in a manner I wouldn't let my children speak to anyone. She had long straight black hair and she's been rude to my friend before also. Needs a big attitude adjustment. Rude to customers who ask for assistance or have a question. She gossiped with the other receptionist about a customer and another staff member for at least 5minutes so loud they were heard across the room about how much they didn't like the staff and the client them.. Discusting to have a job dealing with people and her boss lets this happen. May she learn this is not good for business. Go elsewhere.. anywhere but imed radiology. Toukley are nice. Morrisett are nicer than here."
"I waited 3 weeks for an MRI appointment. The day final came and I had to drive an hour to get to IMED Kanwal. Having to take all your jewellery off before arriving, I still had a ring on that I can’t get off and a 2mm tunnel in my ear that is not removable. It didn’t worry me as IMED Erina have done MRI’s on me before and these 2 pieces of jewellery weren’t an issue. I was asked to undress and put a gown on. Upon waiting to be taken in a rude girl fronted me and said “I’m not doing your MRI unless you remove that earring”. I replied with “I can’t get it out”. Go to a piercing place she said once again being very rude. I’m in agonising pain with a bulging disc in my back and without this MRI I can’t have my cortisone injection. I have a surgeons appointment booked, a doctors appointment booked and no MRI to take with me. Would IMED Kanwal care to pay for these appointments I can’t make now? Oh and my fuel costs for travelling all that way for nothing?Absolutely disgusted how I was treated and just dismissed by one certain girl there today. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Appalling Service!!!!!"
"Woman in same uniform as receptionist, walked in. As I had been waiting for a while, I simply asked her "if I had to pay for xray"?. She replied "I don't know I just got back from theatre sweetheart" I then asked "can you ask someone out the back". Again, she replied with same answer. Apparently she thinks she is pretty special as I had to hear again how she just got back from theatre and called sweetheart again.Well she might think she is smart but evidently not smart enough to answer simply questions. Very rude!!!!!"
