"I employed The fix it wizard to do some jobs at a rental property I have. These included bathroom renovations, installing new doors and a few other cosmetic tasks. I wasn’t able to monitor the quality of work initially due to being very busy myself. The first indication of the poor quality workmanship was when other trades started mentioning it. Grout lines were several center meters different from wall to wall. Tiles were laid against door jams without expansion joints. Extremely poor quality workmanship. After I said I won’t be paying for that rubbish, Improvements were made. Overall his standard of workmanship is poor. Tiles off cuts were left in the garden, very unprofessional. The installed shower head leaked constantly. Couldn’t get Shadi back to fix it. Had to get someone else to repair his work. Find someone who gets results, not makes excuses"
