"Went to these guys a year ago, they told me my clutch only had weeks left. Happy I got a second option as they were using scare tactics to try and get me to pay 1200. Went to them again for a noise I couldn't locate in my car they then proceeded to tell me again it was my clutch and that I only had 200km left before it breaks. This was a year later after they already told me the clutch had weeks left. When they called to give me a quote I told them the noise was fixed with a simple oil change. They said to me "when your car breaks, eventually, we'll fix the clutch" and told me I was unwise essentially to not fix the clutch. As a woman it it very hard not to get ripped off by mechanics, and unfortunately this was just another one that tried."
"The guys were great. My vehicle had a problem that took a bit of finding but they kept me informed throughout the process and gave me cheaper options where possible. Also gave me a run down of 'fix now' 'can wait' ' needs fixing but not a huge problem' First garage I've used since moving to Lake Macquarie and won't be going anywhere else"
"Mathew and Ashleigh are AWESOME. Very relaxed environment, nice clean well equipped workshop. Excellent location for rego checks (pink slips only at the moment) bikes, trailers, cars. Easy access for those larger boat trailer regos! From services to major repairs Matt has you covered! Code reader for the newer vehicles. They also do a good deal on tyres, wheel balancing and rotation. Plenty of easy parking!"
