"Worst delivery experience I've ever had, I organized a re delivery only to be told on the day that it was meant to be re delivered that the parcel wasn't sent out at all as I gave permission for it to be left without a signature and that didn't meet the senders instructions. There was no indication when i organized re delivery that this would happen. In addition the live chat member simply stopped responding before I could organize a location to pick up my order from. Can't believe I paid extra for the worst experience possible."

How can you not know where a package you are in charge of is going? He said they have no idea of knowing which of their depot's the package would end up at."

Just so you know, we also have another set of letter box located within the lobby where the lift lobby is. In order to rereive my parcel on time, I asked a day off today at home just waiting my parcel (29/Mar/2022), parcel not come but I found a empty 'Toll Note' in my mail box , when I check online , it showed delivered !!!! The deliver driver didn't press the door bell, also there is phone number on the delivery labelling, why can't just make a simple call ????? when I called the TOLL, it said its delivered, where is my ITEM???? Why can't TOLL driver just make a simple phone call ? worest delivery service ever met."
