"No after sales service. I spent $11200 on a second hand engine which took over three months to fit. Considering I was quoted $9000. It came back with an intermittent starting fault which Craig had no interest in fixing. I was charged the two extra times I took it back to rectify. There were several oil leaks of which one was fixed but the others he had no interest in. The engine was meant to have warranty. I specifically rang to ask him to plug in the van in when it was under shade which he didn't do. Now iup for two new house batteries. Overall I'm feeling disappointed and will be hesitant in taking any vehicle there again. The worst most dishonest mechanic I have ever met."
