"Possibly the friendliest post office I’ve ever been to - the staff knew all their customers by name and when they read my name on my card they greeted me by mine also. Felt like a friendly small country town where everyone knows each other. Also lots of interesting gifts - moreso than the usual line up found at Auspost stores. It might be a small shop but it is jammed packed with treasures. I bought a book that I’m pretty pleased about :-)"

"Very rude Asian lady. Very unhelpful and stubborn. Not interested in helping unless your buying merchandise or sending packages. Hopefully she can meet her rude self elsewhere in life."

"Closed 15mins before advertised time of 5pm on Monday (business day). Lights on, just closed early. This post office has not delivered one parcel to my address to date. Someone is home all day, and to date not me attempt has been made to deliver and no instructions from sender to pick up from PO (more than 5 now). Never attempts to deliver, no knock on the door or intercom, just straight to a text to pick up from PO every time. Very disappointed to now have to deal with this post office, worst PO ever."

"I would not recommend this LPO. Go somewhere else if you are in a rush or have a choice. As they are bias, inefficient and losses your packages. I experienced the following: - being ignore to chat with regulars (even when there was a line) - having my package un-locate able even when it was there (sms notification) forcing me to return multiply time before finding it - they gave my package away to someone else - tried to give me someone else package - Constantly tried to upsell me in getting a PO Box even after I said no The absolutely highlighting experience was me arriving the 2nd time asking for a package they told me to come in for and for them tell me "I am very busy I don't remember speaking to every customer. You expect me to remember your matters?" This is pretty upsetting as they had just phone me about my package, and greeted me by name. They proceed tell me if I had gotten a PO Box I wouldn't have this issue, and they could have been more helpful. I turn down the upsell they then literally started to glare at me and became so unhelpful I had to give the same tracking number 3 times before they told me that my package had not left the depot yet. I tried to play nice and thank her for her time, but then she goes "yeah yeah" and made a shooing motion at me. So I left. Extremely disappointing experience would be an understatement of what I felt."
