"I recently required some work to be done on a damaged colorbond fence of mine and after contacting Jake, he was straight back to me and kept me in the loop from the start of when he could organise a quote and oversight of what needed to be done. While I had him here, I also asked about some verandah stairs so people could have access with no extra hassle, he also wrote up a quote for that. Jake was professional and kept in contact with me to also let me know an appointment he had fell through and contacted me to let me know he could fit me in a couple of days before and should have the work done the same day.
