Since we have been attending this medical centre we are receiving a friendly efficient and professional care. Dr Leo is an easy to talk person and shows great interest on solving my health issues. Is not easy to find Spanish speaking Doctors in New Castle finding him has been a great relief."

"A strange policy that management have. Even if there is over an hour wait you must be there. Eg. I was running 5 mins late, decided to be courteous and call to advise. I was told by reception they would need to check with the doctor as it might need to be rescheduled. Reception explained the doctor was already behind and had 5 patients ahead of me. Huh? I queried if there were that many ahead of me did it matter if I was 5 mins late, as I'd be likely to be waiting an hour anyway? Please revise this policy management. My other medical centre will respectfully tell you they are running late and I don't need to come in for my scheduled appointment and to come in later. It reduces patients frustration of waiting and decreases crowded wait rooms, lowering risk of spreading infections. On another note, the doctor I use there is absolutely lovely and efficient"

"Great medical centre I came in this morning for an appointment with my daughter and the girls at reception were so lovely and friendly which helps when the wait time was a bit long but that is standard with any doctor surgery! Felt very welcomed this morning and every other time we have come. Very refreshing"

"Had some issues with traffic and called to say I might be 5 to 10 minutes late but was trying to get there right on time with my 6 month old baby. Was rudely spoken to and told it must be rescheduled. I’ve never complained when waiting 10 to even 15mins past my appointment times yet when it’s the other way around there can be no grace. Very disappointing and will no longer be choosing this practice for my family. Literally while on the phone call my arrival time went from being 7 mins late to 5 mins and then 3 minutes but she would not budge about rescheduling. I probably would have gotten there right on time for my appointment but I’d rather take my care for my family to a practice that has some compassion and empathy for people."
