"5 stars doesn’t seem enough, my feelings towards this practice based on my personal experience would translate back to 10 stars. I am a 41 year old male absolutely terrified of the dentist. I literally had Valium in my pocket in case of a panic attack whilst there. I walked in, the receptionist was incredible - we had spoken several times that morning already. She welcomed me in, gave me the new patient form, as I finished the last word the dentist came out, softly spoken, polite, accommodating, took me to the room, asked my problem, listened to what I thought it was, I sat back in the chair, he investigated, took some x rays, diagnosed the issue, explained the 3 options which I had, gave me a script for the infection, gave me quotes on procedure costs, and then let me have a few days to decide. It just flowed, it was easy, there was no stress or anxiety. I just hope that every visit was like this one. Thank you so much Bupa Dental Team!"
