"The least professional mechanic I've ever dealt with. When my wife broke down in morpeth, requiring her car to be towed to their workshop, she asked for a quote to repair the vehichle. After 5 days attempting to acquire a quote for the part required and the labour, we were repeatedly left without a definitive quote nor ballpark estimate. We decided to have the car towed home and for our normal mechanic to undertake the repairs, after he over the phone, supplied an accurate quote and seeing morpeth motor garage was unable to do this despite repeat requests. My tow truck driver was refused access to the vehichle, claiming my wife owed for works undertaken. ( the works were described as assisting the towed truck driver) a bill of $360 and supposed 2.5 hours labour, more than double the $165 dollars we already paid the towing company. For assisting the tow truck driver whose services we had already paid to do the job. At no point did we ask for work to be performed, only ever requesting a quote We would recommend any mechanic anywhere over and above these unprofessional, untrustworthy business operators. Dodgy..."
"Ive been coming to morpeth motor garage for years even when dougie owned it I dont go anywhere else i tried a long time ago and pulled the pin and straight to morpeth I see people complain about tyres I think its great because we need to replace them anyway and id rather fail a tyre knowing i have to replace it rather than cop a police fine and loss of points If you look hard enough tyres arnt that bad to get anyway Thankyou so much danniel for a great job m8 I have realy enjoy it there at morpeth garage Recently a week ago 2023 I met and realised new owners I was unsure at first but I was verry verry happy that cassey and Ben have maintained and held morpeth garages loyalty So long as morpeth garage does not change I will always be a customer there Thankyou Ben and cassey"
