"Absolutely angry. I booked my vehicle in to have an oil change done and to have the back brake pads replaced. I told them at least three times that all I wanted done was the oil change and the brake pads. Picked my car up this afternoon to have them charge me over $700 because they carried out what they call on the invoice a “minor service” which included work on the tyres and topping up a range of other fluids in the car. They also didn’t just replace the brake pads like I asked, they replaced the back rotors as well. They did this work without my instruction and without consulting me before doing it. I am absolutely furious and will never EVER again be going to this mechanic, and based on my experience I will not recommend them to anyone else."
"I’ve been going to this place for years recently brought a 2nd hand car with 50,000ks and I wanted a handbrake adjusted and I think Mac had this guy I’ve haven’t seen before work on my hand brake and drum brakes must’ve been an apprentice anyway he didn’t do it right and when I started driving the ABS light came on and I had i huge brake fluid leak at home and the wheel nuts were on so tight it took so much effort getting them off they were even cross threaded and now I’ve had to go somewhere else to get my ABS system fixed up costing me more money not happy about that but it’s a fantastic place just don’t like the new guy."
