"Not a lot of good things to say about Lovisa, I’ve been in this store a couple times now and although most staff members are wonderful, I can’t help notice the appalling way the manger treats her staff. A few times I’ve seen her talk down to them as if they are literally dirt, switches up quickly in front of customers but the second she thinks she’s out of ear shot she seems to get aggressive again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for someone who is suppose to teach and be an example. I hope this pathetic excuse of an manger should reconsider her choices. I don’t think I’ll be returning to the Charlestown store again simply for the fact that I can’t watch someone treat others so poorly. I’ve already made a call to their head office, but I just hope something is done soon to fix the stores atmosphere. I also called customer help centre, they didn’t do anything beside say “well sometimes everyone has bad day”"

"Terrible quality and extremely expensive. It's planned obsolescence. I bought a pair of real silver earrings and the backs just fall straight off. So you lose the earrings really easily. Then I bought a belly button ring and the stupid top doesn't screw on straight. So you have to wear it heaps loose for it to be facing the front, so again it's likely to just unscrew and get lost. How bad can the manufacturing get. And I saw fake resin hippie crystal necklaces on a black string for $20. It's resin and string. That should be worth like $1."

This is to the woman who posted a review having a go at a mother for getting her child’s ears pierced!!! Who the hell do you think you are sitting in judgment of anyone??? If you felt uncomfortable just leave!!! This mother is well in her right to decide what she wants for her child!!! Would you write a review if you were standing in a hospital waiting room listening to a baby boy crying his eyes out while a doctor preformed a circumcision? Would you be running out of the waiting room in tears nearly throwing up ? Would you be saying this is on his mother then? People like you absolutely disgust me!!! Are you perfect? Until don’t sit in judgment of others!!!"

"I never buy junk jewellery but was desperate. Went in and there was a poor little toddler about to get her ears pierced. Hearing the lead up made me feel sick. The girl piercing didn’t sound experienced with kids. The poor toddler screamed the whole place down from the pain. I ran out before she did the second one. This is also on the mother. How anyone could do this to a baby I do not know. It ruined my day. Felt sad all day for her. Stop mutilating babies ears"

"Great store for teens and 20 somethings. My daughters love the store and we stop every time we go to the mall. Prices are very affordable which I like. I can afford to get the girls things every time we go."
