"Rob is an absolute legend and a life saver. My partner and I have a breast pump connector break for our medela pump, approximately 7 days ago. We immediately got onto the internet to try purchase replacements, and quickly realised that there are basically none available in Australia at all. We found a website that said they had them "in stock" and purchased them, with express post. 7 days had past and the item had no even been sent. This was an emergency. I found that babyshop had a set that were in stock, and I rang the store to make sure they were in stock and to explain our situation as it is quite emergent. Baby's need to be fed. Rob was SUPER helpful, and not only posted them shortly after our phonecall, but also express shipped them so that they would arrive asap. He went above and beyond for us and it is EXTREMELY appreciated. The initial company who sold them to us, we later realised had an extremely tarnished reputation, and lists things as instock when they are actually not. Rob went and found the item in store and assured me that they had them, and that they would ship out immediately. I am super thankful for this, as it is a massive saviour for us. We have been waiting for 7 days with only 1 functioning breast pump cup, and they were never even sent. Now we have confirmation that we have a set on the way, and this is a huge relief for us. After this A1 service, I plan to do more business with babyshop when the time comes, as they are RELIABLE. Thanks Rob, appreciate it mate"
