My previous model Poolstore pump ran for over 20 years, and only needed replacing due to hairline cracks in the perspex filter lid (sadly, lids for the 20 year old design are no longer manufactured). Advice about a "drop in" replacement pump was provided over the phone, and was delivered within 3 days! Unfortunately there was a problem with the pump sticking on restart after running for the first time (suspected transit damage?); the team at Poolstore responded within 24 hours, sending me a new pump as replacement and arranging courier pickup of the damaged one, at no cost to me. The new pump is now installed and working beautifully. Very happy both with the pump, and the prompt, cheerful and helpful service provided."
