Jeferson explained well and showed me how much hail damage there was. It only took 2 days and every dent has been perfectly removed like they were never there. They washed and polished the car and even cleaned it inside so now the car looks as good as new. "After the recent big hail storm that hit Newcastle our beautiful Mercedes had dents all over the boot, bonnet and along the passenger side. Our insurance insisted we use their preferred repairer, but that mob told us that we needed to wait about 4 months for the repairs. Some friends recommended Absolute Dent Repair (ADR) and we were very impressed with Jeferson and the other staff we met. On our visit with them, Jeferson fully explained and showed us how much hail damage there was , which was considerably more than we could initially see . The insurance did ultimately allow ADR to get the job done for us, still a few months earlier than if we had waited for their preferred repairer. After dropping off the car on a Monday morning we were pleasantly surprised with a call from Jeferson 2 days later on Wednesday saying our car was ready. Every dent has been flawlessly removed and they even washed and polished the car and cleaned it inside before returning to us. Now the car looks as good as the day we drove it from the dealers showroom , with the added assurance of Warranty on the repairs ADR has done. We definitely highly recommend ADR, for their very professional, very friendly, very helpful, very obliging, very fast service and most importantly a 5 star workmanship result, with all of this at a very reasonable price. "Amazing job. The workshop is neat and tidy and well appointed, even though it was an temporary centre set up to service the area after a hail storm. I got to watch the repair as I waited and the attention to detail and patience was astounding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering coffee, tea and soft drinks as I waited. The pricing was also very pleasing especially considering there would be opportunity to charge more during a time of high demand. Honest, reliable, quality professionals.
