"I only rated this highly due to surgical team and admissions team. Some of the nurses on the wards.... honestly don't know why you do this job and lack of empathy etc is sad. Add in cleaning staff who don't use their inside voices early mornings. Really? You want people to disturb you when you're unwell? Additionally watched a fellow patient get blown off by a DR re their pain and clearly not getting help. Won't return here"
"Absolute incredible stay in Williamson Ward. All the staff were amazing, Nurses, Kitchen staff, Cleaning staff, Physios to the other in patient. . Vegetarian meals were incredible !!!! I consider I had a 5 star resort stay. I can't thank everyone enough!"
"Can not fault Lake Macquarie Private Hospital! I had very severe pain last week which ended up being kidney stones. I was taken by ambulance to Lake Mac Private and from the second I got there to the second I left, I was cared for to the highest level by all the lovely nurses, doctors and anaesthetists. I genuinely felt comfortable and relaxed in their care which is exactly what you want when going through something scary. I have just finished up my (hopefully) final procedure today and after receiving the same high level of care, thought they deserved a shout out and recommendation."

The team at this hospital made me feel safe and looked after, and helped me through my fear of needles.
