My appointment was on time and a very thorough check of my entire body was done in a respectful manner. I had a couple of minor treatments done but did not feel rushed in the process. "I've visited your clinic twice in the last few years. Both times the skin examination was sub standard. My last skin check I was asked to stand with my back to the doctor who didn't seem to be close enough to examine me. He didn't lift my sports bra strap. This year a melanoma was diagnosed on my back where that strap would have covered it. I had been a palliative care nurse for 30 years, so have seen many end stage melanoma cases. Doctors, please take more care"
