"The one star is for one of the receptionist, she is down right rude every time I have to talk to her! Funny how as patients we need to be friendly towards them but they can be super rude towards us patients."
"Absolutely horrid unwelcoming reception staff, made me feel awful, I do not know if I felt any better coming out of the clinic as the receptionist was so horrible"
"I went to see one of the doctors and he told me that he didn’t feel comfortable prescribing me medication that i felt was necessary for me, he advised he hasn’t seen me before and I need to talk to someone else (despite this being my local GP for over 5 years). I advised him of the process of my last visit that the doctor went through to prescribe me this as it was the first time I had seen that doctor as well, and he told me that he wasn’t doing it for me & that if I want it I need to book with someone else."
"I agree with some of these reviews stating that the receptionists are rude. But their service is 5 star compared to the ones given by the doctors. I have gone in so many times over feeling really ill. And it’s always “come back in a months time”. I go back in a months time, I’m worse and they say “come back in a months time”. And then, I went in emotional, asking for some kind of test or referral or something. “Come back in a months time. It’s probably your period.” No. It’s not. I’m not a doctor, that I will admit. But my God, it’s so obvious that I needed medical help. I found out I was anaemic. Not from them though. I’m worried about their other patients with horrible health conditions. Wouldn’t be surprised if they gave a cancer patient a Panadol. If you care about your health, go to another doctors facility because this one is awful. The only good experience I’ve had here is with Dr. De Bryun (sorry I spelt that so wrong didn’t I?) He actually listened to me and gave me a prescription which saved me. Everyone else is hopeless and the waiting time, my God. May as well go to the emergency room during a gastro outbreak. I get going a little overtime is normal for these medical centres. I can deal with an hour, hour and a half, but three hours is crazy. The only thing the other doctors have done for me is order a blood test. They didn’t even check it. So disappointed."
"The Doctor's are excellent and the receptionist are just as nice and are easy to deal with. It's nice to be able to have a nice smile greet you when you turn up.The Andrew Nash Clinic is the "BEST" and highly recommended. Craig"
