"I've been getting my Webster Paks arranged through here, and no complication on my end has been too much for the staff there to handle. Walked in today to pick up my latest month's Websters and they'd remembered me by name, which was a rare pleasure. The pharmacy staff have always been very helpful to me. In terms of the store itself, it's stocked top-to-bottom as every Chemist Warehouse is. Don't expect endless hours spent on in-store product presentation as if you'd gone to a boutique store, but it's clean, well-stocked, and well-serviced by friendly helpful staff. That's exactly what I want from a chemist and pharmacist."
"Should have read the reviews before coming here! Clearly this place has a huge customer service problem! Was served by a Pharmacy Assistant named Michaela or Mikaela. Her attitude was putrid! Was pretty disgusted by her! Also had a big incident with the "manager" on shift as well as she refused to fill my script as my script dosage was written wrong. Her service was also disgusting and called security on me because I was non compliant with leaving the store because I desperately needed this medication. I had security towering over me like a criminal, I felt so uncomfortable! I asked for the owner and was given a customer complaints number. I went to a different chemist after this and was given my medication straight away with no questions asked! It's very clear this chemist has a major problem and only seems to care about getting paid at the end of the day rather than focusing on giving good quality service. After reading the reviews about the shocking service from staff I am not surprised one bit! Might be a good idea to fire/rehire? Or may need more training in customer service! I will never set foot in this chemist ever again!"
