Three Bears Cafe 1A First Street, Booragul, New South Wales 2284

"Visited Three Bears, yesterday a booking was made for 20th May at 12.30, 4 people in the name of Shannon... we sat on the verandah with beautiful view. Walked to the counter to place our order, the male (cook) behind the counter was speaking so disrespectful to a young female waitress. A lovely women stopped making coffee's and took our order, we returned to our table. three meals out of four arrived, I was told my meal was on it's way, I waited for my meal to arrive, I returned to the counter and explained my friends had finished their meals and i would like to cancel my meal that did not arrive, I paid buy eftpos and offered my card for refund of $17.27 I paid for my meal choice, I was give $16.00 cash back from the cash register, and offered a free coffee, I accepted the offer of coffee from the lovely lady. The male ( cook ) delived the coffee with no words, just placed coffee on the table and walked away very rude and arrogant, with a loud huff. No words in regard to mixup. The coffee mug had a chip at the lip of the mug, this was the finishing touch to my lunch experience at The Three Bears. Sadly, as was looking forward to trying the fritters. Female's where being spoken to in a very rude manner by male staff member, the whole experience of his manner in front of house (counter area with the female staff was not acceptable.)"

"Simple cafe limited menu. Service was prompt and friendly. Disappointed with bruschetta. Whilst there was plenty of tomato topping, the bread was thin and not toasted and therefore very soggy."

"Absolutely disgusting food. Wasn’t able to eat it. I ordered Zucchini & corn fritters. They were flat tasteless no filling no corn or zucchini to be found & to top it off they were burnt. Give this place a miss & don’t waste your money."

"5 star customer service at this perfectly located cafe. We arrived with our doggo to have a Sunday morning brunch and thought we'd have to change our plans as there were no tables available outside (dog friendly area) for us to sit. We really didn't have to worry as a friendly and extremely accommodating staff member from the cafe went out of her way to carry a table, from inside to outside for us. Then came the chairs, water and menus. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you! The fantastic customer service did not stop there. The chef also excelled in not only the quality of the food but in his attitude and willingness to please us as customers. Would highly recommend this establishment 100%."

"We loved the Moroccan eggs and the asparagus breakfast. The locally roasted coffee was great, and the servings are large. The Moroccan breakfast is substantial and tastes authentic. The asparagus was so juicy and the mushrooms are just like how I cook them myself (perfect)."
