"In the beginning Vista was great. Great communication, great design but once the install happened that all fell apart. Our kitchen was supposed to be installed over 2 days they did it in 1 and it was as unfinished with no communication of when they’d be back. 1 of the panels was 10mm out and they tried to blame it on our wall. Many cupboards were also not even. We had to make 3 calls to get someone to get back to us to organise repairs. Then we noticed the pantry was also faulty and just left until we noticed, once we did we then had to wait weeks for a new pantry door. All up it was around 7 weeks until we had our kitchen completely finished. I do love my kitchen but the whole experience was terrible and I won’t be recommending vista to anyone. A lot of people I’ve told have also had a bad experience with vista which makes me wonder if they delete the bad reviews…….let’s see how long this one lasts."
