"I took my dog there once but never again - you would think that if a pet is receiving anaesthesia they would call to let you know A) a diagnosis B) if they've recovered from the anaesthesia and C) when they will be ready for collection. This did not happen and as closing time was approaching I had to call to find out all details. Upon collection, the take home treatment organised by the vet failed to take into account the terrible pain my dog was in to the point it could not be applied. Hint hint - if a dog is in so much pain it can't be touched then a cream most definitely is not the answer. When I took my dog back to bring this to their attention (you have to try before you condemn) - they wasted half the cream by having it squirt onto the wall of the consultation room. Their solution? Here drug your dog with anxiety meds which they will charge you for. My dog was in so much pain upon collection he wouldn't get off the floor and was crying profusely - this is a clinic with highly questionable treatment methods and morals. Will never be returning."

"The ladies here are super friendly and helpful. Called in for my pup with suspected ligament damage, got an appointment for that afternoon and in for xrays the next day. Turned out just to be a sprain, I was surprised the whole ordeal still cost $1000 all up without having to have surgery but they were super upfront about the cost and wrote up an estimate for me without my having to ask. They also called ahead when having to add extra costs and were super caring toward my anxious baby! Will definitely be back."

As a puppy he has managed to get into all sorts of mischief but Dr David and all of the team are always very knowledgeable and professional, the best part is they take great care with Arlo which we love."
