"10/10 would book here again if I needed boarding in the Hunter Valley. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond for my husband & I. Not only did they ensure our Aussie Shepherd Merlin was looked after; they also assisted my brother get Merlin ready for his ring bearer duties for our wedding ceremony. We had to make soo many date changes surrounding our wedding due to COVID-19. Then just 3 days out from the wedding, the alternate accommodation we had booked for Merlin the night of the wedding fell through. The staff were soo helpful at booking in Merlin for the extra night; and arranging a pick up service for Merlin to take him back to boarding for the night. Highly recommended!"
