"Unfortunately I can't recommend this pet resort. Even after explaining to the manager on arrival that one of our dogs is a little anxious, it appears she and the staff did not give our dog the appropriate care and I do trust them. They overbook the kennels to maximise their revenue. I don't want to support a business that values money over quality care. Apparently my dog was anxious over the whole weekend (even though she's stayed at pet resorts dozens of times over the past 4 years), and the pet resort did not bother to call me to let me know. They waited until pick up. Very poor form."
