"Lovely cardigans / coats. However service is extremely disappointing. Purchased a voucher, selecting an online voucher, while stores were closed during COVID19. Stores reopened soon after and I went into store to purchase 2 coats. As my voucher was for online I was told I could not use it in store. Therefore went home and purchased the 2 coats and was charged $10 shipping (I literally live minutes from the store). A couple of days later I arrived home from work to see a paper bag at the front door that had the 2 coats squashed in. They were not wrapped and definitely not sent via post. They were left out for dust, dirt etc to land on them. I emailed the store questioning this "postage" that I paid for and never heard back from them."
