"I have gotten my nails done here a handful of times, each time hoping it will be a better experience than the last time. While the staff is friendly enough, they do a pretty average job on nails. Don't get a pedicure if you're looking for a relax - there was no exfoliation and I felt like my lower legs were being aggressively rubbed with water and latex gloves - gross. No leg massage, just my lower legs being used like a shake-weight. I understand they are busy, but it leads to less care and precision and just a mediocre experience. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me... fool me three times - won't recommend and will go elsewhere."
"I have long natural nails & I went in for a shellac polish. Three of my nails were filed crooked, the paint job was gloopy & my manicurist was more focused on whispering to her coworker about another woman who worked there rather than paying attention to how she was painting. Absolutely do not recommend."
"dodgy salon, do not waste your money here. felt as if the lady was training with how rough she was. kept hitting my skin with the electric nail buffer, I had glue around the nail on my skin, First Lady was horrible at painting and had to get somebody else over to finish painting. the lady told me the nails will last me 1-2 months 2 days later my nail had started to come lose and also started bleeding and now on the 3rd day the nail has come off."
