"I've been coming here for years, the dentists are great. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment. I could only provide 1 day notice. The receptionist is Adamant to charge me a $100 cancellation fee. No reasoning, understanding or empathy. COVID and life happens. You shouldn't be Penalised for it. I am very disappointed especially as I had a good dentist and I currently have a broken tooth. I wanted to speak to the manager or dentist but the receptionist declined my request or maybe it was intentially the other way round. It is not acceptable especially in these times. If you are running a business professional customer service is important. I also don't agree with the money making policy of exploiting customers due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. Your not getting a cent out of me."
"Having moved from the city of Adelaide to Littlehampton I initially thought I'd continue with my previous dental surgery, however I decided I should "support local" - so I have it a go. Best dental surgery I've been to I In 40 years. Professional yet friendly. Efficient but relaxed. Pay attention to detail. Don't even feel feel the injection...all round brilliant service"
"The practice is super clean, prompt and extremely professional in every step of their process. Their recommendations and workmanship were above expectation. (could afford a part clean but freshened the entire area) I also felt the people involved actually listened to my requirements and implemented a manageable plan for myself.
