Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Montie and Hailey Waraich, our goal is to create a dining experience that can be shared among family and friends.
We take pride in using locally sourced produce to ensure that our dishes are bursting with flavor and of the highest quality. Our menu offers a diverse range of options, from traditional favorites to modern twists on classic dishes. Whether you are craving a spicy curry, a refreshing salad, or a mouthwatering stir-fry, we have something to satisfy every palate.

To ensure that you have a memorable dining experience, we recommend making a booking in advance. Our team is excited to share our love for food with you and looks forward to welcoming you soon. We strive to make your experience at Honey Bang Bang quick, easy, convenient, and most importantly, delicious.
For your convenience, we offer individual meals that are cooked by us and ready for pick-up. To guarantee availability, we recommend placing your order with 24 hours notice, as orders are taken until sold out. Pick-up times are available from Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm and 4:30pm to 8:30pm, as well as Saturday from 3:30pm to 8:30pm. Please note that pick-up is not available on Sundays and Mondays.
If you prefer to dine in, we offer lunch bookings from Wednesday to Friday, with table service available from 11:30am to 2:00pm. Our restaurant closes at 3:00pm during lunch hours. For dinner bookings, we are open from Tuesday to Saturday. Tuesday to Thursday, table service is available from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays, table service is available from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Please note that the restaurant closes at 10:00pm.
If you are planning a private function, our venue is available for Saturday and Sunday lunches. Please get in touch with us for more information on how we can make your event special.
Please note that all card transactions will incur a small fee of 1.2% charged by our service provider (2.4% for Amex).
Looking for the perfect gift? Honey Bang Bang gift cards can be purchased electronically, and the recipient will receive it immediately via email, along with a personalized message. Alternatively, you can visit us in person and purchase a gift card at Honey.
Our venue can accommodate up to 30 seated guests, making it the ideal location for private events. Imagine sipping cocktails on our outside deck before indulging in a feast of delicious South East Asian food. The outside decking area can be booked for 15 to 25 guests, with some seating provided. The area is covered and heated for year-round use. For a more casual experience, you can book our outside decking area for a few tasting platters, where guests can order drinks at the bar for casual service outside.

"Could not fault this place.!! Everything (including the Cocktails) from start to finish, absolutely fantastic. The staff were so lovely, and, attentive despite being busy with every table full. The Food came out quickly, and, every dish was just... Wow.!! (Drooling just thinking about their Food.!!). These People know their stuff. "High-end, contemporary Asian cuisine in the Hills. Well plated dishes with an intentional and unique flavour profiles. Our favourite entree was the salt and pepper eggplant, while the barramundi curry was very more-ish. Front of house knew the menu inside out, and were most attentative and friendly. Arguably the best Asian restaurant in Mt Barker."
"First of all, we experienced some of the best customer service around, bar none! Warm, welcoming, very professional and staff seemed happy to be there. And the atmosphere was spot on! Very relaxing and vibey. Huge thumbs up for this! However our experience was tainted with a couple of things. In summary: the value for money. Firstly, meal prices were high and portion sizes too small. We both left feeling a bit under nourished. My meal came to about $40 and I could have eaten much more. The second thing was my partners drink (a common spirit plus mixer) was served in a short tumbler with an ice ball literally the size of 2/3 of the glass. (See Pic taken approx 15mins after drink had arrived and had melted a bit). We removed the ice ball and there was literally a mouth full of liquid left. There's no way that was a full sized shot of spirit plus mixer and it tasted weak. However we were charged the expensive price of a full drink. We thought that was a bit too cheeky. So unfortunately, we left feeling a bit underwhelmed."
"Every single thing we ordered was delicious! The papaya salad was amazing paired with the barramundi curry. The salt and vinegar eggplant alone was worth a visit! The prices reflected the quality of the food, you pay a little more but get more flavour, freshness and overall quality. Staff where helpful and service was very prompt, we went on a Thursday night with was a good atmosphere and not too noisy. Will be back soon"
"We have been wanting to visit this restaurant for ages ...why oh why did we wait so long? 5 minutes from home and one of the best meals we have had in the Hills for a long time. Great friendly staff, an immediate offer of a complimentary birthday drink and the food was awesome...so fresh and tasty. My Duck salad was to the perfect size after a spicy starter and my husband had the Barramundi fillets in turmeric sauce which he loved. Judging by the way the restaurant was filling up and on a Tuesday night it is very popular ...well deserved and we will certainly revisit."
