Reviews
"I don't have much need for a newsagent generally, but Nextra seems to have a good variety of items. I went because I had some winning scratchies to claim from a gift and the process is so slow! This is nothing against the staff or the shop because I imagine it's the same everywhere. It took about 5 mins to claim around 5 cards. There were issues scanning and the staff member had to work out how to find the issue they needed to scratch off, then the system was slow. Glad I'm not a regular scratchies buyer."
"Very bad customer service. The Asian woman shows absolutely bad attitude and not helpful at all. Wouldn’t go there again. I do not recommend! Do not go there to buy anything, because she brings bad luck!"
"The lady behind the counter is quite rude, doesn’t seem to care to answer any questions. Very poor service :("
"Poor customer service. Been there to ask if we can change the status of our my way card from regular to concession, the asian lady was rude, she didnt even let us finish talking and keep saying no and told us to go to access canberra if we have complaints. We have expired card but due to covid, staff from our school are working from home and cant give us the hard copy of our Id's however they e-mailed us soft copies. The lady keeps saying she needs the expiration date and we have that in the soft copy, the format is like an ID but just soft copy. That is what we are trying to explain but NEVER she let me finish all of my sentences/statements since we started talking. This interaction happened last week but it greatly create impact to me until now. We were deprived to talk and express ourselves."
