"Rude and unacceptable service! Old woman served me (I think the owner) and I was on a very important call as my father was admitted to hospital. I was just buying a card and she was so rude telling me to get off the phone and that I'm rude being on a call (saying it several times). She was disrespectful in front of customers and if I wasn't on this call I would have told her where to put her card! Well why couldn't she couldn't serve me by telling me how much the card was and I pay for it! People are busy and I was in a rush and I just wanted to buy a card and go and had to take this important call. Then I brought the card and as I walked away I noticed she took the card behind the counter and didn't give it to me. I hadn't even stepped outside the store and went back to tell her she didn't give me my card and she started going off at me that she gave me a card, raising her voice at a customer that just purchased there. After several attempts another person behind te counter found the card and handed it to her and she just gave it to me without apologising. This is not the first time I've been abused her in the store. Definitely not EVER coming back."
