Nothing wrong with the work that was done but I was dealing with them from a distance with the my car stranded there and I kept getting brushed off when I tried to speak to him. When I did get manage to speak to him he barely stopped talking over me for me to be able to get the info I need. I understand mechanics are busy but if you work on someone's car then you need to at least give them 5 minutes on the phone to have a chat about it. We were trying a cheap fix and I just wanted an opinion on the result, not to be told that there was no guarantees, to cover their back rather than actually helping me to understand."
