"Looks great but currently closed. Possibly for renovations? not sure, because the website provides no information."
"This is the worst enclosed dog park in Canberra I think. Whenever I take my oodle here (always a last resort if there's sport on the nearby ovals) he ends up covered in grass burrs that I then have to painstakingly pull out of his fur. I have fallen over on the loose gravelly ground, and have to move extremely slowly and carefully here -- the gravel combined with the hill is terrible for anyone with mobility issues or injuries. The small dog area is extremely boring, there's rarely any other dogs in it, and there's also the snake risk. It has a lot of potential, especially the 'big dog' side, but doing something with the surfaces/landscaping, and increasing the amount of seating for accessibility, would help hugely. Maybe even making it tiered so there is a flatter area up the top would be good?"
"2 separate fenced off areas for large and small dogs with plenty of space for a run. My only only complaint was the poo bin really needed to be emptied."
"My favourite dog park in Canberra. Very spacious with varying parts of grass, bark, dirt, bushes & trees. I find the dogs here are more well behaved than otter dig parks around Canberra. Most of the people that come are quite friendly, there are two sections as usual, for large and small dogs. There are quite a few different areas to sit, there are two entries into both parks. The Rangers come to this park quite often to check on dogs details and etc. I love this park a lot. There are certain peak hours you need to come at if you wish to have a multitude of other dogs to play with (I'd say best time is 4-5pm on a work day)"
"Usually nice and quiet, I have only ever come across 3 or 4 dogs at a time! 2 sectioned areas for large and small dogs, fresh water and always an abundance of perfectly sized sticks to throw around :)"
