"Really nice selection off meat and friendly staff"
"Many years ago I used beef eye fillet in my commercial kitchen and instead of going to restaurant, I bought eye fillet, 1kg, not cheap but cooked my own made steaks, rare, baked potato, and 3 vegies. No restaurant could beat this dinner for 5. The previous day I made Steak Tartare, finely chopped fillet and trimmings, fingerlicking good. 7 meals for about $80 worth of meat. Can't buy this in no supermarket!"
"I asked L the team to make me some heart “healthy” no-salt low fat sausages. First attempt were petty good. Kids and. I polished them off - even picky miss-8 asked for more! Peter was open to feedback and we’ll go another round and improve the recipe. Thanks for doing something unique and making sure a fella doesn’t have to miss out on a snag!"
