"Excellent service, this has been my go to phone repair shop for years. They have applied screen protectors replaced my screen numerous times and if there's ever any issues, fix it without question! Shout out to Sam who always sorts me out"
"Awkward service. They act nice, but they are scammers... We took in a dead phone asking if it can have memory extracted. Phone was in perfect condition other than a software update destroying the battery and frying the harddrive. Man said 2hrs to check the phone. We went back and they said it's not working and they also said "by the way there was a big crack in your phone..." So in an attempt to get information out they broke the exterior of the phone and lied to us that it was already there... So then we couldn't use our warrantee for the store we got it from... To top it off, over this two day ordeal (consult the day beforevhanding over the phone) they changed their quoted price for the same job. "$150 ...finished in 1hr" said one guy "$100 ...done in 2hrs" said the other guy the next day. Thanks UPS really solid job... (sarcasm)"
"I needed a specific screen protector for my phone (as the standard one doesn't stick to it and falls off the second you drop it) but didn't have the right words to describe it. Thankfully John was there to save the day, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable about his products. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing a hand! (I also want to apologise to the first staff member I spoke to, my explanation was terrible and it's absolutely not your fault that it wasn't clear what I was after...)"
"Got a decent phone cover and glass protector for my iPhone but both the staff members were extremely unprofessional. Passing snobby remarks for asking questions and this is the first time I have been mocked because I asked for a discount. Would not recommend at all"

I recently got a screen protector replaced but stupidly dropped the phone not long after, I returned back to the store clearly upset at my mistake and they very kindly replaced it for me at no extra cost. I highly recommend them and just wanted to say thank you again!"
