"Great 1850's renovated cottage. Centrally located at the Barossa in a quiet location. Fantastic modern bathroom and yummy breakfast provisions. The host Steve is friendly and courteous. Also his winery is next door for wine tasting. The tawny is exceptional. Highly recommended."
"Kept us very comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. Beautiful breakfast food and Nelson the dog was a great neighbour. Steve was a wonderful host too."
"Steve not only has a top class winery but the accommodation at his Lucy's House cottage was perfect for us. This was for a 3 night honeymoon & it was great to have our own secluded spot to relax in the perfect location on Seppeltsfield Road. The cottage had all it's rustic charm, but also had modern features inside, including underfloor heating. He is a big advocate for local & added touches like local bacon, eggs, juice, milk, bread & bottles of his Heritage Wines! Steve was a great character & his dog Nelson was ever affectionate. Will definitely be back there if/when we come back to Barossa!"
"My wife and I had a most enjoyable stay. Well appointed, cosy, and with a very personable host. Located within walking distance of some quality Barossa locations, and with the added bonus of chickens and a labrador, it's a location worth a visit. Strongly recommended."
"My wife and I spent two nights at Lucy's House and quite honestly it was excellent. Everything was included in the house such as wine and full breakfast with pantry items. The house was very clean and tidy. As Lucy's house is a detached building and the only B&B residence on the property we were able to enjoy absolute privacy. It was also great to be able to sit and enjoy the view of the vines with a cold drink at sundown. Top location and well worth the money. I definitely recommend it."
