"Aus post has to be the worst delivery service in the world! They can’t be bothered knocking on your door so they leave there notes for parcel pick up which I have seen them do numerous of times, they don’t even check if someone is home they park there bike outside right a note then leave unless it’s a parcel they can leave in the mailbox… then also ordered a iPad that was being delivered by auspost and it never arrive, then aus post blamed it on me and the seller yet the iPad was in there custody There are absolutely trash company and Australia need another delivery service so we can get rid of Aus post for good or improve there service because it has to be one of the worst in the world"
"I've experienced some great and some bad post offices, this place is driving me up the wall. The straw that broken the camels back and got me here, is that my wife was picking up a package for me, so I logged into the app and used it to send the QR code to her. When she went in, they didn't scan the code and gave her a different package that I yet to be notified was at the post office, so rather than having the express post package, I have another delivery, and I still need to go back and get the package. They delivery randomly and when they do they leave packages on the ground near my mail box or hanging out of the box, rather than delivering them properly. The guy that works there is grump as s**t, and he is the one responsible for the the above."
