"If I could give 1 star, I would! Decided to give this McDonald's another go after previous terrible experiences and was once again disappointed! I do not know how you mess a cheeseburger with extra sauce up....but my burger was dryer than the sahara desert and they forgot the cheese. Never, ever again! This McDonald's is a joke and I recommend avoiding at ALL COSTS!"
"Review is for playground & Dining Room. McDonald’s Gungahlin Location - Cnr Ernest Cavanagh &, Gozzard St, Gungahlin ACT 2912 ⭐️⭐️ Indoor playground with venting to outdoors, but partially built inside with drain pipes above the play area. When it is raining on multiple visits we have seen leaks coming from the gutter causing wetness in the play area (mostly on the rubber flooring). Overall the structure while older is still in great structural shape with all the climbs and tunnels in good shape. The cleanliness of the play structure has been lacking, over nearly 3 year period of visiting this location in particular their has been stains and more built up on the clear walls of the play structure due to high contact play. And rubbish inside the play structure including but not limited to a built up of dust and dirt. While this is our closest McDonald’s we often drive out to Gold Creek (Nicholls) and Dickson due to these two locations having new and clean playgrounds. On a plus side the Gungahlin location does have a claw machine that operates on the “everyone is a winner” basis which allows unlimited plays until your kid grabs a ball successfully, this is a nice addition."
